What You Need:
4 oz Greek yogurt
1/4 cup milk (or milk alternative)
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1/2 cup frozen strawberries, about 5-6
1/2 a ripe banana

What You Need:
4 oz Greek yogurt
1/4 cup coconut water
1/2 cup frozen, diced mango
1/2 cup frozen, diced pineapple
1/2 a ripe banana

What You Need:
10 oz coconut water kefir
Handful ice cubes
4 oz frozen pineapple chunks
1 tsp dried noni fruit powder
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Pinch of sea salt
Desired sweetener to taste
